TopNumberOne stores your private contact email and listing details when you submit a listing. We also store the email and message you provide in a contact request. Public profiles show approved listing details and any optional public contact email you supply, but not your private submission email. We count page views and completed submissions by day in aggregate; we do not store IP addresses or cross-site identifiers for analytics.

If email recovery is enabled, we store your verified recovery email and hashed, expiring verification/reset tokens. Codes are single-use and never stored as plaintext.

Use the contact form to request correction or removal of your listing. Do not submit sensitive personal data.
